About the Role:

We are working with a leading Manufacturing Company that specializes in solutions for broadband connectivity and infrastructure applications. They are searching for a strong Director of FP&A who will head up the FP&A Department and lead corporate budgeting. Their ideal candidate must come from a Public Company ideally in the Manufacturing Semiconductor or MedTech industries.

Responsibilities:

Direct company-wide weekly monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process managing the annual operating plan.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to guide insight into financial efficiency in all areas of the business and drive action.
Lead a team of managers and analysts in collaborating with cross-functional and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and decision support
Partner with senior leadership to guide financial planning resource allocation and strategic investment initiatives
Drive the development and execution of the annual operating plan and long-term strategic roadmap for executive review
Produce periodic management reports with in-depth analysis of financial performance emerging trends and business risk assessments
Design and implement process enhancements to improve forecasting accuracy and leverage automation for scalable efficiency
Create and deliver executive and board-level presentations summarizing financial position performance and strategic direction
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support financial communications and disclosures
Oversee financial systems and reporting infrastructure to ensure accuracy reliability and operational continuity
Conduct ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses to support executive decision-making
Coach and develop the FP&A team to strengthen analytical capabilities business partnership and strategic impact
Collaborate within and across the organization on key company-wide initiatives and to support the Finance transformation roadmap.
Produce and deliver in a timely manner all general support requests operational requests schedule & ad-hoc reports under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field or equivalent directly related work experience.
Corporate FP&A experience at the Director level is required.
Public Company experience required.
Manufacturing Semiconductor or MedTech industry experience is required.
Systems Experience such as Power BI Anaplan Adaptive SAP MS Dynamics 365 NetSuite Sage 300 Acumatica Oracle Workday MS Business Central JD Edwards MS Dynamics GP or Intacct all deemed good.
