Your Responsibilities
As the Team Lead UX Research & Strategy you will be at the forefront of shaping our product experience. Your role is instrumental in establishing a deep understanding of our users driving user-centricity and fostering inclusivity. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and guide a team of talented UX Researchers towards impactful outcomes.

- You will lead a team of UX Researchers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment with ongoing coaching mentoring and professional development opportunities.
- Additionally you willrecruit onboard and retain high-performing UX Researchers.
- You will lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts conduct cross-functional workshopsand streamline research processes to optimize your teams efficiency and impact.
- You will advocate for exceptional user experiences measure KPIs and UX metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Together with different stakeholders across the organization you will analyze business needs and guide the team in initiating research efforts that address those needs.
What you need to succeed
- You have completed a degree inresearch psychology business or a related field.
- You already have experience deliveringinternational researchin aB2B product organisation.
- In addition to your core research skills you possess strong communication skills to articulate research findings effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Additionally you have experience leading UX Researchers of varying seniority levels.
- You possess a collaborative mindset motivation to drive change and a passion for new technologies and innovation.
- You are business fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
