Job Summary
As an Ad AnalyticsAssociate Manager youll help shape how advertising campaigns perform across major business categories. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to uncover actionable insights using media delivery performance and first-party data.This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with cross-functional teams and supports strategic measurement initiatives. Youll work alongside a collaborative team and report directly to the leader overseeing Ads Analytics.
What Youll Do
- Analyze large datasets to identify performance drivers and deliver clear actionable insights.
- Use tools like BigQuery Tableau Excel and basic scripting (SQL or Python) to support measurement initiatives.
- Partner with sales product and data teams to inform media planning and optimize campaign performance.
- Translate complex data into compelling stories for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Apply your understanding of advertising and media ecosystems to align measurement frameworks with client goals.
- Support strategic projects that enhance Best Buy Ads value for advertisers.
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in analytics measurement marketing consulting or related fields
- 1 years of experience with modern analytics tools and frameworks
- 1 years of experience presenting insights to diverse audiences
- Bachelors degree in a related field
Preferred qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Familiarity with marketing analytics methods (A/B testing MMM MTA).
- Experience with ad-serving platforms (Google Ad Manager DV360 Meta Ads).
- Basic knowledge of SQL Python or R.
