• Perform detailed cleaning and restoration of residential and commercial properties.
• Clean structural materials and contents including assisting with packouts and moving.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to restore affected areas to pre-loss condition.
• Load inventory and maintain work vehicles with tools equipment and necessary supplies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of job sites and equipment.
• Execute cleanup and sanitation tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the process.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Follow all established safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical and leadership skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred).
• Background check required.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  
  

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces (crawl spaces attics).
• Ability to repetitively push pull lift and carry objects.
• Comfortable working around cleaning agents and specialized restoration equipment.
