How Youll Make an Impact
- Lead the evaluation and installation of new manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to assess supplier capabilities.
- Design scalable high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Optimize layouts and workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
- Provide technical support to engineering and production teams.
- Manage contractors and vendors during equipment installation.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering field.
- 8 years of experience in process reliability or manufacturing engineering.
- Proven expertise in process design optimization and validation.
- Experience leading CAPEX projects and managing external partners.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
