Overview:

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist to perform a full range of interventional and diagnostic radiology procedures in a collaborative patient-centered medical environment. This role is ideal for a physician who thrives on procedural precision multidisciplinary teamwork and delivering high-quality care to diverse patient populations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of arterial and venous diagnostic and interventional procedures including:

    • PTA stenting thrombolysis embolization and foreign body removal

    • TACE embolization and arterial stent grafts

    • Venous filter placement/removal TIPS and venous access

  • Conduct hepato-biliary thoracic and musculoskeletal interventions such as:

    • Cholangiography biliary drainage and cholecystostomy

    • Tube placements (pneumothorax pleural effusion) pleurodesis

    • Lumbar punctures joint injections and percutaneous biopsies

  • Perform image-guided tumor ablation using RFA cryoablation microwave or chemical techniques.

  • Provide moderate sedation and ensure patient safety throughout all procedures.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and procedural outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

  • Board Certified in Interventional Radiology

  • Fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology

  • Active unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory

  • Minimum of three years of relevant interventional experience preferred

  • Must meet or exceed standards established by the American College of Radiology (ACR)


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in advanced imaging and minimally invasive techniques

  • Strong diagnostic judgment and attention to procedural detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety ethics and professional integrity
