Paraeducators in the Early Childhood Avenues Program maintain enrollment and successful participation in the UNL Early Childhood Inclusive Program while maintaining successful and ongoing employment with Lincoln Public Schools in the Department of Early Childhood.
Candidate must be caring patient and enjoy working with young children. The ability to communicate with staff children and families is essential. Candidates should also enjoy working with and supporting young children keep a sense of humor show patience and consistency. Upon successful completion of college coursework requirements and graduation candidate will maintain employment with LPS as an early childhood educator.
Successful participation in the UNL Early Childhood Inclusive Program is required as candidates must be currently enrolled in the UNL Early Childhood Inclusive Program.
