Job Summary
Job Overview
The 1099 Window & Door Installer is responsible for expert level and top-quality installation of window & door projects.
Highlights of your role
- Execute window and door installations sold by the Infinity from Marvin sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
- Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
- Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties including Infinity from Marvin team and customer.
- Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
- Up to 3-4 jobs/weeks with flexible scheduling
- Choose from all available install jobs and schedule your crew for as much or as little work as you need
- A detailed install packet for each job
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- History and passion for high quality workmanship
- Provide references for previously completed work.
- Ability to hire sufficient help to execute the installation of windows and doors on a job site
- Strong preference for individual with or willing to obtain installation masters certification.
Also want to make sure you have
- 3 years of window & door installation or remodeling experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation.
- Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools preferred
- Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work capping caulking)
- Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability Employers Liability Automobile Liability and Statutory Required Workers Compensation
