The opportunity
As Deputy Service Manager youll stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Service Manager ensuring everything runs smoothly while inspiring your team to bring out the best in every young person.
What youll be doing
Support the Service Manager to lead and develop a dedicated trauma-informed team.
Build partnerships with local agencies employers and community groups.
Ensure the service meets high standards of housing safeguarding and support.
Help young people feel secure respected and empowered as they move towards independence.
What were looking for
An adaptable empathetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of managing teams safeguarding and supported housing.
Ability to inspire confidence in young people staff and partners alike.
