Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience providing IT support ideally in a school or education setting
Excellent working knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems
Understanding of networking hardware and AV technology
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
Relevant IT qualification (CompTIA Cisco or similar) desirable
