Tasks
Weflow is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead in charge of paid channels at Weflow. Youll be responsible for:
- Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search Linkedin Ads Youtube Reddit Ads and Meta Ads.
- Analyzing performance data (CTR CPC CPA ROAS CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions.
- Creating ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
- Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.
- Staying ahead of performance marketing trends tools and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking.
- Strong interest in AI and automation ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.
- A data-driven mindset comfortable analyzing numbers spotting trends and acting fast.
- Curious experimental and proactive. You like testing new formats learning fast and iterating often.
- Excellent written and spoken English. You care about clarity tone and precision.
- Sharp eye for what great ad copy and creatives look like
- Experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads.
