Tasks

With a true entrepreneurial mindset you will:

  • Take full ownership of your business units success and profitability.
  • Drive new business by building strong long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
  • Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.

Youll oversee three core areas of responsibility:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector.
  • Define and execute sales strategies.
  • Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.

2. Talent Acquisition:

  • Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Build and manage your own team of consultants.
  • Support career development
  • Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

Requirements

What You Bring:

You dont need years of experiencewell teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Engineering degree or MSc in Management Economics or Business Administration.
  • You have between 0-3 years experience.
  • Strong interest in Sales Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
