Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Developer (OIC / VBCS / Financials & HCM)

Location: Jacksonville FL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Visa: USC GC

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and deep technical knowledge across both Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules. This role requires a blend of post-go-live support and active development of new integrations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Work across Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials modules handling:
- 50% Day-to-day production support
- 50% New development using OIC VBCS PL/SQL REST APIs and other Oracle PaaS tools
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations across Payroll Benefits and Core HR using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs
Build and troubleshoot:
- HCM Extracts
- HDL (HCM Data Loader) jobs and templates
- Fast Formulas for Payroll Benefits and Absence Management
Support functional teams and end users by analyzing issues providing technical fixes and managing enhancements
Create and expose reports using BI Publisher including REST API-based downstream data sharing
Participate in unit testing deployment code reviews and technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion
Expertise in:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) app- and schedule-driven orchestrations
- VBCS for UI and application logic
- REST & SOAP APIs design and implementation
- PL/SQL ATP DB and Oracle scripting
Strong understanding of HCM modules Core HR Payroll Benefits
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials
Deep experience with HDL HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas
Ability to manage integrations across multiple upstream and downstream systems
