Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of sub-ledger to General Ledger (GL) accounting flows and be capable of both strategic planning and hands-on technical execution across integrations reports and customizations. This is a highly visible role where you will work across business and IT teams to optimize the Oracle Fusion footprint lead roadmap planning enhance automation and reduce total cost of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the solution architect across Oracle Fusion Financials (P2P O2C PPM) with hands-on knowledge of both functional processes and technical and develop custom integrations VBCS applications BIP reports and extensions as needed.
Understand and map end-to-end sub-ledger to GL accounting flows ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Work with Oracle Support to resolve complex issues and recommend product enhancements.
Develop and maintain the Fusion Applications roadmap including new features enhancements and version upgrades.
Explore and propose use cases for Oracle AI and Machine Learning features within Fusion Applications.
Lead initiatives to reduce costs optimize licensing and drive automation across business functions.
Support post-go-live stabilization CRP UAT SIT and production cutovers.

Required Qualifications:

10 years of experience with Oracle ERP applications including 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Proven experience as a techno-functional architect across P2P O2C PPM and Financials.
In-depth understanding of Fusion accounting rules subledger accounting (SLA) and GL integrations.
Strong technical skills in PL/SQL REST APIs VBCS OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) BIP and Fast Formulas.
Experience designing end-to-end integrations and custom reports using Oracle tools.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates AI features and product roadmap planning.
Excellent communication leadership and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience integrating with third-party systems (e.g. banks payroll providers procurement platforms).
Exposure to Oracle EBS to Fusion migration projects is a plus.
Familiarity with Redwood UI and Fusion Analytics (FAW/FDI) is a plus.
