Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Events team in planning and executing company events aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate logistics including vendor management venues travel arrangements and event materials
- Assist with event setup layouts diagrams and technology coordination
- Provide administrative support including document preparation and conference room scheduling
- Manage expense tracking order processing and time tracking metrics
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth execution of all event operations
- Collaborate with internal partners (Media IT Global Security Aviation) and external vendors to deliver successful events
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of event planning or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams SharePoint)
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
