Job Summary
Our client is a world-leading business services consultancy. They have an immediate and urgent contract role for an experienced ABAP Developer to start immediately. The successful candidate will be fluent in English & Portuguese. They will also be able to work on a hybrid basis attending client sites 2 days per week. The client sites are LISBON OR PORTO the successful candidate can choose which site and which days.
Start date: Immediately / ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Daily rate: EUR300
Tasks
Develop SAP SD FI and MM solutions to meet business needs.
Apply service-specific tools and procedures.
Identify and implement SAP enhancements to improve operations.
Analyse root causes and resolve recurring issues.
Maintain SAP documentation and knowledge base.
Prepare detailed technical specifications.
Collaborate on cross-module configuration and perform thorough testing.
Willing to travel when required.
Work within agile methodologies.
Share expertise and support global knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Must have commercial experience in ABAP programming.
Solid knowledge of SAP modules (MM SD FI CO) and ABAP integration.
Strong ABAP OO; CDS views BAPIs/BADIs Enhancements IDocs RFCs.
Experience with Fiori Fiori Elements and S/4HANA.
Skilled in OData services SAP Fiori/UI5 integration; RAP is a plus.
Experience with on/offshore teams.
Culturally adaptable with strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
