Job Summary
Tasks
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys client base in the software development industry.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align business development strategies with the companys AI and staff augmentation offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including potential clients partners and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform the development of new business strategies and products.
- Prepare and present proposals presentations and contracts to prospective clients to effectively communicate the companys value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development sales or a relevant role within the software development industry.
- Strong understanding of AI products and their application in enhancing business solutions.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
