Project Overview
Client is seeking an IT Project Lead to oversee a strategic program focused on process improvement and technical implementation including AI and automation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of aligning strategy operations and technology to drive measurable improvements in efficiency quality and business performance. Youll report to senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams across product engineering analytics and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning and execution including scope definition milestones resources and budgeting.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and prioritized workstreams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by mapping current processes identifying inefficiencies and implementing redesigned workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering data science and product teams to deliver technical solutions such as data pipelines integrations and AI/automation models.
- Oversee day-to-day execution ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination among task owners.
- Prepare and present clear concise program updates and dashboards for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Identify assess and mitigate program-level risks escalating issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Apply data-driven decision-making by conducting analysis validating hypotheses and measuring performance impact.
- Support adoption and sustainment through training materials documentation and post-launch support.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work onsite at Aramarks Philadelphia office 2 3 days per week.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing multi-team technical programs that delivered measurable process and operational improvements.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in SQL or similar tools for data querying and insights generation.
- Proven background in implementing technology and AI/ML solutions for process optimization.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with experience briefing senior executives.
- Demonstrated success in risk management and issue resolution.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and data scientists; understanding of data engineering automation or model deployment.
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management or business analysis within data- or AI-driven projects.
- Background in retail pricing strategy.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Python and Power BI.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience driving change management and user adoption across large organizations.

- Stable data pipelines and integrated technical solutions embedded into operations.
