Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in handling personal injury wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-value cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate depositions involving multiple parties.
Manage serious personal injury wrongful death and medical malpractice cases.
Maintain regular client communication and interact professionally with courts and opposing counsel.
Request review and summarize medical records for case evaluation.
Assist attorneys in arbitration and trial preparation including identifying exhibits utilizing trial software and organizing trial materials.
Gather necessary information to draft pleadings disclosure statements interrogatory answers and other legal documents.
Draft and manage discovery and disclosure documents.
Navigate the civil litigation process at both state and federal levels.
Support trial attorneys in court proceedings including jury selection electronic exhibit presentation and tracking witnesses.

Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years of law firm experience required with a preference for plaintiff personal injury or medical malpractice litigation.
Strong understanding of Arizona pre-trial discovery and trial preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Casepeer and Westlaw.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of Arizona and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and filing requirements.
A friendly professional demeanor with a client-focused approach displaying empathy and understanding.
