Position Overview: The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient rehabilitative care. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans involving therapeutic exercises and modalities ensuring patient safety and comfort while promoting functional independence. This role supports patients across all age groups including infants pediatrics adolescents adults and geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities: -
Carry out physical therapy interventions as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist.

Administer treatments in alignment with established care plans and medical necessity.

Accurately document daily treatment notes and discharge summaries in a timely manner.

Monitor patient responses and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising therapist.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and workspace.

Demonstrate understanding of scope of practice and adhere to regulations governing PTA responsibilities.
