_{We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist for a 9-week travel assignment in a dynamic operating room setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cardiovascular and neuro surgery and be prepared to support a wide variety of surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Assist surgeons and registered nurses during surgical procedures.}
_{Prepare and maintain operating rooms including equipment setup and sterilization.}
_{Ensure and maintain a sterile field throughout surgeries.}
_{Manage surgical instruments and supplies with precision.}
_{Support cardiovascular and neurological surgeries.}
_{Float to similar units as needed and participate in on-call coverage.}
_{Follow hospital protocols for infection control and safety.}

_{Qualifications:}

_Education:

_{Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required).}

_Experience:

_{Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting.}
_{Must have recent cardiovascular and neuro surgical experience.}
_{First-time travelers welcome.}

_{Licensure & Certifications:}

_{California Surgical Technologist License Active and in hand (required).}
_{Basic Life Support (BLS) Current certification (required).}

_Skills:

_{Expertise in cardiovascular and neurological procedures.}
_{Proficiency with EPIC charting system.}
_{Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.}
_{Flexibility to adapt to high-acuity and fast-paced environments.}

_{Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed; at managers discretion.}
_{Floating: Required to similar units.}
_{Local Candidates: Not accepted.}
_{RTO Policy: All time-off requests must be submitted with the initial application.}
_{Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel 1 shift per 2-week pay period.}
