Type: Travel Contract 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 4x10-Hour Shifts (06:30 AM 05:00 PM) No Weekends On-Call Required

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Eureka California. Join an award-winning cardiac care team in a scenic nature-rich environment where you will play a key role in assisting with a wide range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including coronary peripheral vascular and pacemaker insertions.
Monitor patient vital signs and document procedural details accurately.
Maintain a sterile and safe environment during procedures.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and the Cath Lab team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Schedule & Workload:

Shift: 4x10-Hour Days 06:30 AM 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
On-Call: Required
Weekends/Floating: Not required
Daily Caseload: 8 12 cases
Shift Cancellations: Facility may cancel 1 shift per 2-week period
Block Scheduling: May be considered upon request
RTO: Must be submitted and approved at the time of profile submission

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Licensure & Certifications:

ARRT Certification Required
California Fluoroscopy Permit Active or proof of application required
BLS and ACLS Certifications Required
RCIS Certification Not accepted
