Job Summary

Task:

Search for competitive and reliable NPM/CAPEX Suppliers for India Plants.
Sending RFQ and Follow up for quotes.
Negotiate and issue POs to selected Vendors.
Conduct Spend Analysis and develop strategic sourcing to create value.
Permanently monitor their performance to be able to keep a very reliable
service and performance from these vendors.
Bring Savings to client by choosing and selecting those competitive
suppliers and guarantee their permanent commitment to meet clients Standards.
Generate Monthly MIS and KPI tracker.
Ensure master data accuracy.

Process compliance:

Timely delivery of tasks per set guidelines
Ensure transparency on costs and negotiations
Daily timesheet recording
NPM/CAPEX Process Adherence
Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain.

Soft Skill:

Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal English
Excellent communication skills as well as ability to convince others.
Self -motivated customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills.

Misc / Others:

Participate in team and department meeting
Willingness to travel
Maintain 5S of own area
