Job Summary

Job Tiltle -Sourcing Trainee

Job Location- Nashik Maharashtra

Salary upto - 5LPA

Job Discription -

To do follow up with vendors & execute purchasing activity.

To discuss with suppliers as per urgency & status of material in process

To release Purchase order & do amendments Use of ERP system.

To work on systems like Kanban two bin JIT & MILKRUN.

To send monthly schedule communications of any changes to suppliers

To plan material as per NDP plan

To take action as per internal control points such as OPEN PO Review Yearly contracts & others

Any additional activity as per the need of operations

Experience:

Candidate should have hands-on in ERP system

Should be able to Read write & understand emails. Send replies to e mails

Candidate should be able to use Microsoft words xls & PowerPoint

Experience of purchasing activity & commercial importance of term like Incoterm LR Payment term Zero base costing Etc.

Daily updating of MIS in xls & send it to concerned

Candidate should know Import & export terms like E way bills

Office 365 MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint.
