1. Executive & Administrative Support

Manage the Founder s calendar appointments meetings and travel arrangements efficiently.

Prioritize and handle correspondence emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.

Prepare reports presentations and documentation required for meetings and decision-making.

Maintain records organize files and ensure seamless office coordination for the Founder s activities.
2. Strategic Assistance

Support the Founder in planning monitoring and executing strategic business initiatives.

Prepare briefing materials research notes and industry insights to support informed decision-making.
-
Track key projects and follow up on action items with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
3. Communication & Coordination
-
Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate communication on behalf of the Founder ensuring clarity and timeliness.

Draft and review business correspondence internal communications and meeting summaries.
4. Meeting & Event Coordination
-
Organize and manage meetings conferences and workshops including logistics agenda and follow-ups.

Take accurate minutes of meetings and ensure actionable items are tracked and completed.

Support in organizing company events strategy sessions and team offsites.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Maintain a professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
