Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the Founder s calendar appointments meetings and travel arrangements efficiently.

  • Prioritize and handle correspondence emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Prepare reports presentations and documentation required for meetings and decision-making.

  • Maintain records organize files and ensure seamless office coordination for the Founder s activities.

2. Strategic Assistance

  • Support the Founder in planning monitoring and executing strategic business initiatives.

  • Prepare briefing materials research notes and industry insights to support informed decision-making.

  • Track key projects and follow up on action items with internal teams to ensure timely completion.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate communication on behalf of the Founder ensuring clarity and timeliness.

  • Draft and review business correspondence internal communications and meeting summaries.

4. Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Organize and manage meetings conferences and workshops including logistics agenda and follow-ups.

  • Take accurate minutes of meetings and ensure actionable items are tracked and completed.

  • Support in organizing company events strategy sessions and team offsites.

5. Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions.

  • Represent the Founder in a manner that reflects the company s values and culture.
