Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis process design activities and IT solution implementations related to business transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders prioritizing tasks and creating business process models.

Responsibilities:
- Elicit and analyze business requirements for business transformation initiatives.
- Design business processes and contribute to IT solution implementations.
- Collaborate with business unit and technical subject matter experts to gather requirements and define integration points.
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to stakeholders including executive-level individuals.
- Develop visual business process models and architecture diagrams.
- Develop operational procedures standards and/or policies.
- Prioritize assigned activities and tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- University degree in Computer Science Business Administration a related discipline or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 7 years of Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and analysis associated with business transformation process design activities and IT Solution implementations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
- 7 years experience performing business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-entity organizational environment.
- 7 years experience in proper prioritization of assigned activities or tasks.
- 5 years experience in collaborating with business unit subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or technical SMEs to gather requirements and define processes for integration points.
- 5 years experience in effectively communicating and presenting during activities such as requirements elicitation workshop facilitation and prioritization specifically related to integration points with ERP solutions.
- 5 years experience in producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams.
- 5 years experience in developing operational procedures standards and/or policies.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with at least one cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions preferably in Human Resources Finance and/or Procurement.
- Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association such as PMI-PBA IIBA-CBAP.
