Business Analyst – Retail and Loan Origination Systems

Position Description:

Business Analyst - Retail & Commercial Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge with hands-on experience in Retail and Commercial lending practices in the Canadian banking landscape combined with deep knowledge of RLOS/CLOS project implementations in Canada.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications
.Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions using a wide variety of analysis methodologies
.Able to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio Balsamiq Adobe XD
.Identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions
.Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications
.Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases training business users and leading UAT

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience & Qualifications
.5 years of relevant working experience
.Banking experience will be add-on
.Any certification will be add-on

Skills & Competencies:
.Implemented multiple large-scale CLOS/RLOS solutions in the last 5 years and hands-on experience in managing complex retail and commercial requirements
.Deep know-how of Retail and Commercial Banking concepts and loan processes & operations (including Loan Origination Loan Service/Management Credit Policy rules)
.Good understanding of Commercial and Retail Banking Operations and Functions especially in Commercial and Retail Lending
.Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques
.Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys
.Experience in Core Banking Systems Banking operations End of Day& Data sync processes API and other Integrations.
.Knowledge of project lifecycle and different methodologies like waterfall or agile
.Possess excellent presentation and communication skills a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
.Hands-on Experience in Retail and Corporate Internet and Mobile Banking Applications is a plus

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80000$130000. This role is an existing vacancy.
