Job Summary

Job Title: UX Designer
Job Location: Waukesha WI
Job Type: Contract

Updated JD: Please prioritize candidates with direct experience in regulated hardware systems and only those who have worked on user interfaces for physical products rather than purely digital apps.

Must have:
Hardware-integrated UX experience ideally in regulated environments (medical devices imaging systems etc.).
Familiarity with Formative/Summative testing User FMEA and Known Use Error Reports.
Strong Figma interface development within a structured design system.

Responsibilities:
UX design for software user interface
Write user requirements
Create workflows
Lead design reviews
Request and incorporate from internal and external clinical teams

Qualifications:
Experience within a Design System
Self-motivated self-starter
Collaboration and communication with cross functional global team
Desired previous experience with ETHOS Design System
Desired previous experience working in Medical Imaging CT
