Job Title: Assembler

Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Menlo Park CA 94025
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Position Overview

The Assembler will perform a range of electronic and mechanical assembly operations supporting production and prototype manufacturing within a medical device environment. This is an entry-level hands-on role suitable for individuals looking to start or build their career in precision manufacturing and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic/mechanical components and subassemblies.
Follow diagrams schematics visual aids and written instructions to complete assembly tasks.
Set up layouts using hand or power tools jigs and saws as needed.
Conduct continuity checks and basic quality inspections per specifications.
Disassemble rework and test assemblies or prototypes under supervision.
Report machine malfunctions and assist with process improvements.
Support related production activities including packaging inventory and shipping tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Entry-level position no prior experience required (training provided).
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Basic understanding of manufacturing tools safety practices and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.
