Job Description

The Senior Backend Developer will design develop and implement high-performance scalable backend systems and APIs for enterprise-grade applications. This position requires deep expertise in Java J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and ReactJS with experience leading technical teams and contributing to full lifecycle software delivery in an Agile environment.

MANDATORY SKILLS

10 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Strong hands-on experience in Java J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and ReactJS.
6 years of experience in Java-based high-volume/high-transaction applications.
6 years of experience building web applications using Java Spring and REST APIs.
4 years of architecture and design experience with Microservices architecture.
4 years of leadership experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
2 years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS Azure Docker Kubernetes etc.).
2 years of experience with CICD tools (GitHub Maven Jenkins Sonar).
4 years of experience with testing frameworks (JUnit Mockito Selenium Cucumber Postman etc.).
Strong experience with Unix/Linux command line and asynchronous/event-driven computing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
Knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
Experience delivering enterprise-level microservices-based applications.
