Labor & Employment Attorney
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Employment Litigation Associate to join a rapidly expanding Labor and Employment practice and play a key role in representing both private and public employers in complex litigation matters.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 4 7 years of substantive experience advising and representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters including:
- Providing advice and counseling investigations training and employee relations guidance.
- Handling litigation involving discrimination harassment retaliation and wage and hour disputes (including class and collective actions).
- Conducting legal research drafting motions pleadings and memoranda.
- Managing discovery taking and defending depositions and drafting EEOC position statements and DFEH responses.
- Conducting witness interviews and preparing clients for testimony.
Additional Experience Desired:
- Advising employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws including ADA/FEHA FMLA CFRA PDL and COVID-related regulations.
- Providing counsel on disability accommodation employee leave policies and workplace investigations.
- Strong background in labor relations or employee relations.

- Salary range: $160000 $200000 depending on experience qualifications and location.
