Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Intern (standardized)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles: source screen coordinate interviews and track candidate progress.
  • Use LinkedIn job boards and Boolean search to build and maintain active talent pipelines for multiple hiring tracks.
  • Conduct resume reviews and initial phone/video screens to assess skills motivation and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews collect hiring manager feedback and follow up to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; generate simple recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with offer coordination pre-boarding communication and basic onboarding tasks.
