Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Intern (standardized)
Role & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles: source screen coordinate interviews and track candidate progress.
- Use LinkedIn job boards and Boolean search to build and maintain active talent pipelines for multiple hiring tracks.
- Conduct resume reviews and initial phone/video screens to assess skills motivation and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews collect hiring manager feedback and follow up to ensure timely decision-making.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; generate simple recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Assist with offer coordination pre-boarding communication and basic onboarding tasks.
