Job Summary
Position : Web / Graphic Designer
Working Schedule : 9:00am - 5:30pm PST
Salary Range :$2000-$2500 / Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role:
Were seeking a talented and versatile Web/Graphic Designer to join our creative team. A senior-level with ability to take on a leadership role and oversee the entire design process The ideal candidate is passionate about design possesses a strong portfolio showcasing both web and print design capabilities and is proficient in translating business needs into compelling user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital and physical assets.
Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging visual content for websites landing pages email campaigns social media and online advertisements.
- Develop and maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials adhering to brand guidelines.
- Design and prepare assets for print including brochures presentations packaging and internal documents.
- Collaborate with marketing content and development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet project goals.
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows and site maps to communicate design ideas and user experience concepts.
- Stay current with design trends technology and best practices in web and graphic design.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide creative input and conceptualize new ideas for campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or web design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both web and print design projects.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design tools
- Experience with UX/UI principles and creating responsive web designs.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred
- Knowledge in Figma and CRM
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to web development
