DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Organize PO requisitions from facility suppliers and ensure payment is made timeously
- Management and monitoring of stationery and grocery consumption.
- Ensure allocation of stationery and grocery orders to projects and departments
- Obtain quotations and distribute costs for courier to the relevant staff members
- Relieve receptionist during the day
- Inform relief team when annual leave has been scheduled and draw up relief roster
- Team Management
- New Staff/leaving staff arrangements
- Order and issue groceries and stationery.
- Order and issue stationery and allocate to projects/teams as required.
- Ensure process flows are completed for stationery groceries telecoms driver log and supplier onboarding
- Ensure all staff are trained to complete their own timesheets
- Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors
Knowledge and Skills:
Education
- Minimum Matric
- Tertiary Qualification advantageous
Experience
- Advanced in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
- Minimum 6 years related working experience managing a Team as an Office Manager
- Strong time management and people skills high degree of flexibility and excellent multi tasking ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
