TheNorthern Land Council is seeking a highly organised and culturally aware Executive Assistant to support the General Manager Regional Development. This is not your average EA role. Youll be at the heart of a dynamic team working across Regional Network & Regional Operations.

About the Role

As Executive Assistant to the General Manager Regional Development youll play a central role in supporting one of NLCs most diverse and impactful portfolios. From Logistics Economic Development Regional Network to Regional Operations this position is all about coordination communication and keeping things moving. Youll manage a busy calendar prepare high-level briefings handle correspondence and ensure executive actions are followed through. Working closely with Traditional Owners internal teams and external partners youll help create space for strategic thinking by keeping the operational wheels turning.

What you will Bring

Youre highly organised proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments. With strong communication skills and a knack for managing competing priorities you know how to keep things on track without missing a beat. You bring experience in executive support or high-level administration and youre confident working across cultures with respect and discretion. Your real strength lies in your ability to anticipate needs solve problems and support leadership that makes a difference.

In addition to this you will have: -

  • Substantial experience providing executive support to a senior leader in a complex high-volume environment.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and electronic records systems such as TRIM.
  • Current C Class Drivers License and willingness to travel remotely as required.

We offer:

  • A base salary of $83099 per annum plus 15% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15900 meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2650 per year.
  • Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:
  • District allowance of up to $4884 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2678 without dependents.
  • 5 weeks annual leave leaving loading 18 days personal leave;
  • Paid Christmas close down.
  • Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $3177
