Position Title: Talent Resourcer
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Salary: Php40K Php50K
Schedule: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM PHT
Holidays: PH Holiday

As a Talent Resourcer you will be instrumental in driving clients talent attraction strategy. Your core mission is to identify engage and nurture top-tier candidates across the construction and infrastructure sector. Youll be handling the operational backbone of the recruitment function from sourcing to outreach allowing the CEO to focus on client acquisition and strategic growth. This role demands someone who can combine sourcing acumen with digital communication flair to deliver compelling candidate experiences. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TALENT RESOURCER
Responsibilities as a Talent Resourcer
Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Loxo) to ensure pipelines are clean structured and up-to-date
Build longlists of qualified candidates tailored to detailed job briefs
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through Loxo email and LinkedIn
Personalize outreach messages and manage candidate follow-up sequences
Coordinate interview schedules confirmations reminders and follow-ups
Source across Seek Talent Search Loxo LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Draft candidate-facing content such as campaign copy email templates and About Us blurbs
Track tag and categorize candidate engagement and status in the pipeline
Maintain clients visibility and engagement with passive candidates through consistent outreach and content
What Success Looks Like:
A steady flow of candidates moving through outreach screening and interview stages
Full ownership of role sourcing with minimal oversight or micromanagement
A well-organized accurately tagged ATS that reflects real-time recruitment progress
High-quality outreach that feels human resulting in strong response rates
Qualifications as a Talent Resourcer:
Bachelors degree in any degree or college level education
Atleast 3 years proven experience as a Talent resource or similar role working with international C-level executives
Excellent written English
Experience with Loxo Seek Talent Search LinkedIn or similar platforms
Background in sourcing ideally within construction or infrastructure recruitment
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Self-starter attitude with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for message enhancement
