The client is a leading wholesale and distribution company specializing in automation access control and gate solutions across the Asia Pacific region. The company focuses on B2B distribution and partner-driven delivery providing premium European automation brands for gates doors and related systems. Instead of direct-to-consumer sales the company empowers dealers and installers through quality products technical support and professional training to ensure reliable and innovative access solutions.
The Experienced Creative Marketing Specialist will play a key role in strengthening the companys brand presence and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative professional skilled in video editing graphic design and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Australian team the specialist will develop impactful marketing content and assets that align with brand standards and support business growth across the region.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Video Production
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media websites and promotional campaigns.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures social graphics and branded assets.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual cohesion across all creative deliverables.
- Review and perform quality control before final submission.
Marketing Execution
- Plan develop and schedule social media content and email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain marketing calendars and oversee campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Manage and launch multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Adapt creative assets for various platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn email and websites.
Strategy & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Australian client to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Provide creative input to enhance messaging visuals and storytelling.
- Conduct audience and market research to support campaign and brand strategy.
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of professional marketing experience with a focus on creative execution.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual design principlestypography composition and layout.
- Proven experience creating videos and graphics from scratch (not reliant on templates).
- Hands-on experience with social media management email marketing and campaign execution.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized dependable and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong creative vision with excellent execution ability.
- Highly dependable organized and responsive communicator.
- Confident working independently and directly with clients.
- Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Thrives in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in digital marketing strategy paid ad coordination or analytics.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress Squarespace).
