Job Summary

Support sales by preparing pricing quotations and negotiating contracts to secure new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas shipping agencies freight forwarders and trade authorities.
Manage import and export logistics to ensure shipments are efficient timely and compliant with regulations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Provide reports and insights to senior management to support informed business decisions.
Handle high-value contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms with global partners.

Requirements

SPM or above
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in international logistics and freight forwarding
Solid understanding of global trade regulations customs compliance and shipping documentation
Strategic thinker with a strong track record of achieving measurable business results and driving growth
Ability to coordinate with customers resolve shipment issues and provide timely updates on deliveries
Strong customer service skills to ensure high satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the logistics process.

Required Skills:
