Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the companys real estate operations in Iraq ensuring effective financial planning accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
Prepare and analyse financial statements reports and performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations tax laws and internal company policies.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support project development and investment decisions.
Monitor and control project costs payments and revenue recognition.
Liaise with external auditors banks and government authorities.
Manage and supervise the finance team ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making and long-term planning.
Develop financial models for feasibility studies and project evaluations.
Oversee payroll accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (Masters preferred).
Professional certification (CPA CMA ACCA) is an advantage.
Minimum 810 years of experience in finance or accounting preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of financial management investment analysis and cost control in real estate projects.
Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and financial reporting systems.
Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Required Skills:

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software. Strong typography layout and color theory knowledge. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. (Preferred) Experience with UI/UX design or web design is a plus.
