Job Summary
- Lead and guide a team of 2 to 3 Export Executives ensuring smooth coordination between sales marketing and plant operations.
- Oversee and support client communication for export inquiries quotations and order updates.
- Monitor order execution shipment timelines and production coordination for on-time delivery.
- Review and approve export documentation and reports prepared by the team.
- Track key export performance indicators and present summaries to management.
- Identify process improvement areas and implement more efficient workflows.
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to export compliance and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
