Job Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding gates and arrival areas
Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other airport services
Check and process passenger tickets boarding passes and other travel documents
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft.
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings throughout their journey
Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with airport regulations and standards Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and stand for long periods of time
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Benefits:
