What you will do:
Lead mentor and manage the systems administration team; oversee task planning performance evaluation and skills development.

Establish and maintain system documentation SOPs best practices and architectural diagrams.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to improve systems and processes.
Coordinate DR/BCP strategies and ensure resilience of infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to ITIL/standard support processes.
Requirements
78 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
Minimum 3 years of team-lead or managerial experience leading systems/DevOps engineers.
Proven experience designing/implementing cloud architectures on AWS / Azure / GCP.
Pre-sales knowledge including solutioning PoCs proposal documentation and client technical discussions.
Strong expertise in:
Linux & Windows server administration
Networking fundamentals (DNS VPN Firewalls Load Balancers Routing)
CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI etc.)
Configuration management & scripting (Ansible Shell Python PowerShell)
Containerization & orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)
Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V Proxmox etc.).
Strong troubleshooting system analysis & problem-resolution skills.
