Job Summary
Project Manager - CMS Search (Coveo)
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Search Engine (Coveo) and Content Management System (CMS) platforms ensuring their smooth operation optimization and alignment with the organizations Knowledge Management (KM) objectives. This role involves managing maintenance activities leading continuous improvements leveraging analytics for decision-making and fostering a knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Management & Maintenance
Manage maintain and develop both the CMS and Coveo search engine environments.
Perform regular updates monitor performance troubleshoot technical issues and implement upgrades to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Ensure seamless integration between the search engine CMS and other enterprise systems.
2. Continuous Improvement
Drive enhancements to CMS and search functionalities to support content creation editing curation approval and monitoring processes.
Identify and implement new features workflows and integrations that improve user experience and efficiency.
3. Data Analysis & Optimization
Collect analyze and interpret data related to CMS usage and search performance.
Use insights to improve content governance search relevance and AI-based search optimization.
Support data-driven decision-making to enhance system usability and effectiveness.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify content and search relevance gaps.
Serve as a key liaison between IT business units and KM teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
5. Training & Support
Provide training and user support to ensure employees can efficiently access and utilize knowledge resources.
Promote best practices in content management and search utilization.
6. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations standards and security protocols.
Implement measures to maintain data integrity confidentiality and availability.
7. Knowledge Management & Consultation
Act as a Center of Excellence (CoE) representative for Knowledge Management systems.
Provide expert consultation on AI search functionality and CMS management.
Represent the KM team on cross-functional committees and initiatives.
Develop and execute KM strategies that capture tacit knowledge and foster a collaborative culture across locations.
