Gen AI Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strong AI Developer to guide the development and implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions across the organization. The role involves driving strategy defining technical feasibility enabling AI integration and building scalable secure and innovative enterprise AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and maintenance of enterprise AI and Generative AI architecture and strategy.
  

• Participate in business discussions to identify and capture potential AI use cases and enable business value creation.
  

• Define the technical feasibility of AI initiatives and develop implementation roadmaps.
  

• Oversee the architecture of AI and GenAI solutions ensuring robustness scalability and seamless integration with existing systems.
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams in areas such as machine learning data science and cloud technology.
  

• Develop and evolve architecture principles standards and best practices to guide AI solution design.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI/ML integration within enterprise applications.
  

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools frameworks and platforms (e.g. OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain etc.).
  

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI and GenAI adoption within enterprise systems.
  

• Explore emerging AI/GenAI trends and assess their potential business impact.
  

• Ensure all AI implementations are secure efficient and compliant with organizational and data governance policies.
  

• Provide expert consultation on AI system design architecture and technology selection.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field.
  

• 6 years of experience in AI/ML solution design development and system architecture.
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Anthropic Hugging Face Llama LangChain).
  

• Proficiency in Python Java or JavaScript and familiarity with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
  

• Proven experience in building scalable AI architectures and integrating AI solutions into enterprise ecosystems.
  

• Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills.
  

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing enterprise AI governance frameworks and standards.
  

• Understanding of ethical AI data privacy and responsible AI practices.
