Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking Intermediate to Senior / Python Full Stack Developers to design build and deploy scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end expertise in (2 or 3) solid backend experience using Python and hands-on exposure to CI/CD containerized deployments and cloud-native platforms.
This role involves client-facing collaboration working in Agile delivery teams and supporting applications deployed across on premises OpenShift (OCP) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Front-End Development
Design and develop responsive high-performance user interfaces using (Vue 2 and/or Vue 3)
Build reusable components with HTML CSS JavaScript and TypeScript
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience
Back-End Development
Develop and maintain backend services using Python
Design implement and optimize REST APIs
Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to design schemas write efficient queries and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with DevOps teams to troubleshoot deployment and environment issues.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Strong hands-on experience with (Vue 2 and/or Vue 3)
Full-stack development experience with:
HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript
RESTful API integration
Backend development experience using Python
MongoDB
PostgreSQL
CI/CD experience using GitLab pipelines
Deployment experience on: OpenShift (OCP)
On-prem environments: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience Level
Intermediate Developer: 4-7 years
Senior Developer: 8 years
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000$120000. This role is a future opportunity.
