We are currently looking for a Senior Planner CCS Digital Operations to join our team in Franklin TN. We are looking for the right individual to join a growing team to lead the development of databases that drive program performance lead the coordination and aggregation of connected vehicle data that spans from manufacture through the customer journey and analytically support all program aspects including: equipped activation sold usage dealer performance & customer concern resolution of Nissan and Infiniti connected car (mobile apps & telematics services) issues.
The Digital Operations Senior Planner works to provide accurate data to drive customer satisfaction with connected car features through the improvement of the customer journey and promotion of connected car benefits. The Digital Operations Senior Planner also works cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering Nissan Digital Vendors and other departments as needed.
