The Remote Data Entry Clerk supports Anytime Fitness club operations by accurately inputting maintaining and updating data related to membership records billing attendance employee information and performance metrics. This position plays a key role in ensuring that the clubs administrative systems are up-to-date organized and compliant with company policies.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented tech-savvy and able to manage high volumes of data efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Entry
Input and update membership information billing details and contract data into club management software (e.g. Club OS Mindbody or other CRM systems).
Enter daily weekly and monthly performance reports accurately.
Maintain and update employee records schedules and timesheets as assigned.
Track and verify payments renewals and cancellation for accuracy.
Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and cross-checks.
Administrative Support
Assist with generating reports for management on membership trends sales and retention.
Support remote operations staff with clerical and data-related tasks.
Organize and maintain digital files in accordance with Anytime Fitness policies.
Communicate with club managers to clarify or correct data inconsistencies.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Handle all member and employee data securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Follow company procedures for document management and data retention.
Report discrepancies or data issues to management promptly.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or coursework in business administration preferred.
12 years of data entry administrative or clerical experience (remote experience preferred).
Experience in the fitness or service industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong typing and data entry accuracy skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and database management software.
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with fitness club management software is an advantage.
