Job Summary

Supervise daily on-site construction activities and coordinate with project managers subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project timelines quality standards and safety protocols.
Review and interpret blueprints specifications and project plans.
Manage materials labor and equipment to maintain smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or scheduling issues promptly.
Maintain accurate project documentation reports and daily logs.
Collaborate with architects engineers and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
Enforce compliance with company policies building codes and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

Proven experience (8 years) as a Construction Superintendent or Site Manager in commercial or residential projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.

Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project or Primavera) and construction management software.

OSHA certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
