Senior Business Analyst Oracle FLEXCUBE (Corporate Banking)
Remote (U.S. EST Hours) Contract $100/hour
Were seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE data analysis and corporate banking systems. This role will support major financial technology initiatives focused on Trade Finance Treasury and Lending solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong blend of technical and functional experience working closely with product development and business teams to deliver complex banking solutions within an Agile environment.
Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering data analysis and solution design for Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations. This includes analyzing financial workflows validating data integrity and collaborating with technical teams to optimize banking system functionality.
Youll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teamstranslating complex requirements into actionable deliverables that align with corporate banking objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering documentation and process mapping for FLEXCUBE-related projects.
Conduct detailed data analysis and validation using SQL and MS Excel.
Collaborate with development teams to define system enhancements and resolve issues.
Leverage Python for data automation reporting and analysis tasks.
Provide functional expertise in corporate banking including Trade Finance Treasury and Lending domains.
Participate in Agile ceremoniessupporting sprint planning backlog grooming and user story creation.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with production rollout.
Document business processes technical requirements and workflows.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with system and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
810 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or technology.
Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (Corporate Banking).
Strong proficiency in SQL MS Excel and data analysis.
Experience with Python for data automation and processing.
Solid understanding of Trade Finance Treasury and Lending products.
Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Big Data and Hadoop Ecosystem (MapR).
Experience integrating FLEXCUBE with other financial or data platforms.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across multiple systems.

Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)
