Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to manage daily accounting functions maintain accurate financial records and support the overall administrative operations of the company. This role requires strong organizational skills a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Prepare and post receipts deposits invoices refunds and other standard bookkeeping transactions.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Review and process employee reimbursements and expense reports.
Prepare track and reconcile ledgers and budgets.
Prepare and submit payroll accurately and on schedule.
Create and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
Prepare and file company tax documents in coordination with CPA.
Identify investigate and correct financial discrepancies.
Reconcile company financial records to ensure accuracy of statements and reports.
Work closely with CPA to support audits filings and financial strategy.
Administrative & Office Management
Run and update company databases and records.
Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure accurate document retention.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide front desk customer service and maintain a tidy reception area.
Support general office operations and assist with other administrative duties as required.
Preferred:
Requirements
Proven experience in bookkeeping accounting or office administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processing.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
